How the AI used well survey handles your answers.
Who we are
This survey is run by Monica Garcia Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 12694310, Watford), on behalf of the AI used well group. Monica Garcia Consulting Ltd is the data controller. For privacy questions, contact info@monicagarciaconsulting.com.
What we collect
Your answers to the survey questions, which are free text and multiple-choice. Giving your email address is optional, as is telling us whether you would like the invitation to the series or the insights report. Without an email address, your response is anonymous. We ask you not to write anything about a client, patient or case; if you do, we will delete it and tell you we have.
How we use it
We use responses to shape a practical AI series for UK health, rehabilitation and vocational practitioners and to write a short insights report. If you tick the boxes, we send you one email with the joining details and one email with the report. That is all. We will not email you about anything we sell, and we will not pass your address to anyone else for their marketing. We quote answers in the report or in materials only if you tick the consent box, and then only in anonymised form.
Legal basis
Anonymous answers are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in planning relevant professional content, and you can object to that at any time. Where you give your email address or consent to quotes, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, at no cost, and withdrawing it does not affect anything we lawfully did beforehand.
Who processes it
Responses are hosted on Vercel, stored with Upstash and notified to us by email through Resend. These providers act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Survey answers: we keep them for 24 months, then delete them. Your email address: we keep it only until we have sent you what you ticked for, and for six months after that so we do not contact you again by mistake. Then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, ask for it in a portable form, object to our use of it, and withdraw your consent to emails. Contact info@monicagarciaconsulting.com to exercise these rights. There is no form and no charge.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to us directly and we have to deal with it (section 164A, Data Protection Act 2018). Please tell us first. If we do not put it right, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113. Coming to us first does not take away that right.
